Catalog Entry Assistant – Part-Time

We are looking for a Catalog Entry Assistant to help keep our online product catalog accurate, organized, and up to date.

What You’ll Do

• Add new products to the Kanfah website.
• Enter accurate product names, prices, sizes, descriptions, and other product information.
• Upload and organize product images.
• Assign products to the correct categories.
• Create and update product variations such as packs, boxes, and different sizes.
• Update existing product information when required.
• Check product listings for spelling, pricing, images, and other errors.
• Keep the online catalog organized and consistent.
• Work with the procurement team to obtain accurate product information.
• Follow Kanfah’s product naming, categorization, and catalog entry guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have access to a laptop and smartphone suitable for the work.
• Must have reliable internet access.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good spelling and written communication skills.
• Able to enter information accurately and consistently.
• Organized and able to follow instructions.
• Reliable and able to complete assigned work on time.
• Willingness to learn.

Previous experience is not required. Training and instructions will be provided.

Payment

This is a piece-rate position, with payment based on approved catalog entries completed according to Kanfah’s catalog standards.
